What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with what you ordered.
If you subscribe to the newsletter we store the email address you give us, and nothing else.
Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser on this device. They are not sent to us and are not linked to you.
Why we collect it
To take, pack, deliver and support your order, to answer enquiries you send us, and — only if you asked for it — to send occasional collection updates.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. Exact retention periods are to be confirmed.
Your choices
